Mahindra outpaces Hyundai, Tata Motors to secure second place
The month of April has been nothing short of a roll coaster ride in the automobile sector. Leading from the front is Maruti Suzuki registering 135,962 units in May, which is a 5.6% year-on-year decline as it sold 144,002 units in May 2024. In terms of month-on-month, the automobile company saw a drop as April managed 138,704 units. We focus on the number two position, which continues to be a three-way race, but Mahindra managed to build a comfortable lead over Hyundai and Tata Motors as both registered a decline.
