Serentica Renewables has just signed binding agreements with Norway-based Statkraft to acquire the latter’s India assets including a 445 MW operational solar plant at Bikaner and 1 GW of development assets across Rajasthan. It aims investments of around $11 billion with a target of achieving over 17 GW green capacity over the next four years, chairman Pratik Agarwal told Arunima Bharadwaj.
