Tata Motors recently introduced the second facelift for the Nexon in the Indian market with a whole lot of changes, and we pitted the sub-4m SUV with its closest rivals including Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet and Mahindra XUV300 in a detailed specifications and price comparison which you can check out here.

Dimensions
While all four SUVs in this comparison are fairly similar as far as length is concerned, the Tata Nexon is the widest one here, and also the tallest. The Maruti Suzuki Fronx has the longest wheelbase at 2520 mm, while the Nexon again has just a slight edge over Renault Kiger and Nissan Magnite with its 208 mm ground clearance.

Mahindra Scorpio-N SUV price hiked again. Check new price list
Mahindra Scorpio-N SUV is offered in five variants which include Z2, Z4, Z6, Z8, and Z8L. All these variants are offered with both petrol and diesel engine options. The entry-level diesel variant Z2 with manual transmission will now cost ₹13.76 lakh (ex-showroom). The price of top-spec diesel variant Z8L 4WD with automatic transmission, the most expensive one in the Scorpio-N lineup, has been increased by ₹2,000 to ₹24.53 lakh (ex-showroom). The top-end petrol variant Z8L six-seater with automatic transmission will now cost ₹21.78 lakh (ex-showroom). The Z4E Diesel 4WD variant with seven seats and manual transmission has received the biggest price hike of Rs. 81,000. It will now cost ₹18.50 lakh (ex-showroom).
Tata Curvv coupe SUV nears production, what to expect
In April 2022, Tata Motors unveiled the Curvv electric SUV concept and took everyone by surprise with its futuristic and sharp design language and the coupe-like sloping roofline. We later saw the Curvv in its close to production avatar at the 2023 Auto Expo in January and were again surprised to see how close the production version was to the concept model of the SUV. At the Auto Expo unveil, Tata Motors had claimed that it plans to launch the Curvv SUV in the market by early 2024, however, unlike the concept car, the SUV will first be offered with ICE powertrains. Now, our sources close to the development have confirmed that the coupe SUV is close to the start of production.

But now a Monaco-based firm is offering Indian refiners a patented technology to emulsify fuel oil with water that helps cut down on emissions as well as gives better energy yield. FOWE Eco Solutions (FOWE) says a process known as cavitation using its Cavitech device allows for emulsification of fuel oil, also known as furnace oil, with fresh water on land or onboard a vessel. This process does not require any additives or further processing.
