Real estate developer Prestige Estates Projects is looking to double its residential launches in FY26.
Baashyaam, Arihant in final bid for Standard Chartered’s Chennai property
Leading Chennai-based real estate developers - the Baashyaam Group and Arihant Foundations Ltd - are the final two bidders in the race to buy the 5.78-acre property of Standard Chartered Group on Haddows Road in the heart of the city. The property is valued at around ₹1,000 crore and houses the group’s Global Services India. CBRE was earlier appointed as the agency for the sale.
