Gurugram: After recording sales of over Rs. 10,000 crore across its first two editions, the third edition of the Big Billion Property Sale will be held later this month, with a total inventory of Rs. 25,000 crore across Gurugram, Noida and Panipat.

Dasnac to invest Rs 2,000 crore in luxury housing project in Noida
The project, named Dasnac Westminster, will be developed on a 1.94-acre plot and will comprise 264 premium apartments. The total project outlay, including land and development costs, is estimated at around Rs 2,500 crore, the company said. "This investment of around Rs 2,000 crore reflects our long-term commitment to Noida's high-end residential market. Dasnac Westminster is being planned as a luxury development with limited residences, private lift lobbies and wellness-focused amenities on a prime three-side-open corner plot," the company said in a statement.

Birla Estates ties up with Sikka group for a residential project in Greater Noida
Birla Estates Private Limited (BEPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited has entered in a partnership with NCR’s real estate developer to enter as a co-developer for a 5-acre residential project in Greater Noida. A co-developer can take over a legacy stalled project under the policy formulated by the Amitabh Kant Committee and sanctioned by the Uttar Pradesh government. Birla Estates will invest around Rs 500 crore to develop the project, which is estimated to have a gross development value of nearly Rs 1,600 crore.

Land prices double as realtors snap up plots near Noida airport
Prices of real estate in the surrounding areas of Jewar airport in Noida have nearly doubled in the last three years with property developers vying with one another to pick up land parcels. About 390 acres of land near the Noida International airport, along the Yamuna Expressway, has been snapped up in last 12 months, according to Anarock Property Consultants. The value of these transactions works out to a significant Rs 2,340 crore with an acre going for Rs 5-6 crore.
