Inventory at 5-year high: It is raining discounts for car buyers
With the festive season around the corner and inventories rising to five-year highs, automakers are doling out mouth-watering discounts to car buyers.

Passenger, two-wheeler inventory dip in March: FADA
With sustained demand owing to the wedding season, and entry-level pickup, the passenger vehicle and two-wheeler inventory levels saw a dip in March.  The passenger vehicle inventory was between 40- 45 days while the two-wheeler inventory was between 10-12 days in March according to the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA).

The combination of these two has resulted in our decision to increase the prices in January.”
