Realtors clock 10-15% jump in Diwali sales
Property developers have clocked a 10-15% jump in sales of residential properties this Diwali which along with Navratri accounted for 35% of their annual sales. This is similar to the growth seen during last year’s festive season though a few developers may beat the Street.  
Sobha to launch ₹22K cr worth housing projects over 18 months
New Delhi: Realty firm Sobha Ltd will launch residential projects worth ₹22,000 crore over the next 18 months across many cities to expand business. According to a latest investors presentation, Sobha Ltd will launch 13 projects across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Pune, Chennai, Calicut, Thrissur and Trivandrum.

The investment plan was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held here on Saturday.
UltraTech Cement Q2 results: PAT zooms 75% YoY to Rs 1,232 crore
Market leader UltraTech Cement net profit grew 75% annually for the quarter ended September 30, on the back of improved sales and lower energy costs. Net profit for the quarter came in at Rs 1,232 crore as compared to Rs 703 crore in the same quarter last fiscal. Revenue for the  quarter stood at Rs 19,371 crore, and was up 21.32% year on year.
