Power Mech Projects, an infrastructure company, has received a Rs 2,500 crore order from Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL). The company will deliver an engineering, procurement and construction package for an 800 MW super thermal power project in Telangana.

India's housing market gets 'premium', with surging value despite sales dip
The report stated that sales across India’s top residential markets saw a 1 per cent year-on-year (Y-o-Y) decline in Q3 CY2025 (July to September), with over 95,547 units sold during the quarter, compared to 96,544 a year earlier.
Kolte-Patil Developers reports 9% q-o-q growth in sales value to ₹670 crore in Q2 FY26
Pune: Kolte-Patil Developers Limited, a leading Pune-based real estate company with a presence in Mumbai and Bengaluru, has reported steady growth in its operational performance for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The company recorded sales of ₹670 crore in Q2 FY26, reflecting a 9 per cent quarter-on-quarter (q-o-q) growth, supported largely by sustenance inventory. Sales volume stood at 0.86 million sq ft, up 2 per cent q-o-q, with its flagship integrated township project, Life Republic, contributing 0.51 million sq ft to total sales during the quarter.

Oberoi Realty reported a 28.9 per cent YoY profit growth in the second quarter of fiscal year 2025-26. The real estate company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 760 crore in Q2 FY26, while its net profit in Q2 FY25 was Rs 589 crore.

Nuvoco Vistas posts ₹36.43-crore Q2 profit despite monsoon, GST headwinds
Ahmedabad: Nuvoco Vistas Corp Ltd, the cement subsidiary of Gujarat-based Nirma Group, reported a consolidated net profit of ₹36.43 crore for the second quarter of FY 2025-26, despite facing macroeconomic challenges such as heavy monsoon impact and channel disruptions due to changes in GST rates. Focussed on premiumisation, the company’s net profit attributable to owners of the parent, grew from a loss of ₹85.17 crore during Q2 FY25, to ₹36.43 crore during the same quarter this fiscal. Revenue from operations grew by 8.3 per cent year-on-year to ₹2,458 crore. Healthy growth in revenue from sales of cement (8.2 per cent) and Ready Mix Concrete and others (8.9 per cent) boosted the company’s revenues.
