Godrej Properties emerges highest bidder for 5-acre land parcel worth Rs 41,50 cr in Hyderabad
Real estate developer Godrej Properties has emerged as the highest bidder for a five-acre land parcel in Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad. The proposed residential development is expected to offer 2.5 million sq ft of saleable area and generate revenue of nearly Rs 4,150 crore.
Raymond Realty launches ultra-luxury BKC project, targets ₹2K cr revenue
Mumbai: Raymond Realty has launched Invictus by GS, BKC, an ultra-luxury residential project with a revenue potential of Rs 2,000 crore in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). Spread across 2 acres, the project is being developed through a redevelopment model. The development features six towers with 23 habitable floors and four basements, and incorporates IGBC-aligned sustainability features. Its prime location offers seamless connectivity to south, central and Navi Mumbai, the company said.

Tamil Nadu Tax authorities drop Rs 266.3-cr demand notice from Dalmia Cement (Bharat)
In a relief to Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dalmia Bharat, the Tamil Nadu-based tax authority has dropped the demand of tax and penalties totalling Rs 266.3 crore from the company.

Delhi to Dehradun in 2-2.5 hrs, new expressway opens for trial
The Delhi-Saharanpur-Dehradun Expressway opened for a trial run on Monday. The expressway is expected to reduce the Delhi-Dehradun travel time from 6-6.5 hours to just 2-2.5 hours, after it becomes operational. A motorcyclist, Lokesh, reacting to the trial run, expressed hope that the government would inaugurate the expressway soon, saying it would help commuters avoid traffic congestion.
