Pune office market to cross 100 million square feet
Pune will be a 100 million sq. ft. office space market in around two years, Anshuman Magazine, chairman and CEO – India, South-East Asia, Middle East & Africa, CBRE, said. The office space in the city is currently at 84 million sq. ft.  This is large for a city of Pune’s size, Magazine said. Office space in Pune was higher than in many global cities, he added.

Property registrations in Pune rise 9.6 per cent in 2023

Property registrations in Pune in November rose 6.7% from a year ago to a total of 14,607 units with combined value of registered properties during the month to Rs 13,342 crores, showed data from Knight Frank India. Stamp duty collections stood at Rs 473 crores during the month.

In November 2023 property registrations increased by 6.7% compared to the same period last year. During the month, a total of 14,607 units were registered, up from 13,694 registrations in November 2022. Stamp duty collections for November 2023 stood at ₹473 crore. Additionally, the combined value of registered properties in November 2023 amounted to ₹13,342 crore.
